We are offering an internship opportunity within the Facility & Maintenance team, focused on supporting maintenance activities, asset management, regulatory compliance, waste management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site. The selected candidate will contribute to the implementation of preventive maintenance plans, support maintenance processes through dedicated digital systems, assist with waste management activities, and participate in Facility & HSE initiatives, including LOTO, Dropped Objects, and Safe to Start programs

This internship will provide hands-on experience in industrial asset management, preventive and corrective maintenance processes, workplace safety and regulatory compliance activities, waste management practices, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing site efficiency and reliability.


As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of preventive maintenance plans across Cleaning, Gardening, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Building areas.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors in the planning, execution, and supervision of maintenance activities.
  • Gain hands-on experience in maintenance management through IBM Maximo, including the creation and update of job plans, preventive maintenance plans, work orders, and asset records.
  • Contribute to the collection, analysis, and organization of maintenance and asset performance data.
  • Support Safety & Compliance initiatives, contributing to the implementation of LOTO, Dropped Objects, and Safe to Start programs.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation related to machinery, equipment, tools, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency across the site.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or ongoing studies in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Interest in industrial maintenance, facility management, and asset management processes.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms or maintenance management software is considered a plus.
  • Interest in safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability topics.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.

The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate’s academic status and their distance from the workplace.
