Key purpose of the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all SBU-developed and sourced raw materials meet customer quality standards and specifications on the first attempt through mill evaluations, risk assessments, and technical pre-production validations, while aligning suppliers with Brandix processes and customer compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and validate new raw materials, yarns, and fabrics from global and regional sources aligned with Brandix strategies
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications
• Manage color requirements effectively, meet supplier deadlines, follow up on delays, and engage with external mills on new developments
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders

Education

Undergraduate/Degree in Textile technology or Diploma in Textile technology (NDT, SLTA) any other relevant stream.

Experience

Possess good knowledge of fabrics and the Textile network in the industry

Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills as well as a positive and problem-solving attitude
