Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies on sustainability initiatives and support their implementation as part of the project team
- Assist in developing and implementing EHS initiatives in compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities, and ensures the compliance of the shopfloor with EHS standards.
- Work with diverse team/department to analyze and evaluate workplace hazards and near-misses, formulating recommendations and corrective actions.
- Stakeholder management of both internal and external parties, exposure to EHS standards of an Aerospace shopfloors.
- Support the documentation and analysis of EHS performance, and key matrices of the facilities.
- Maintain EHS documentation & records.
- Participate in EHS-related tasks and projects assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related fields.
- Proficient in MS Office (Access, Excel, Word)
- Physically fit
Learning Outcome
- Learn the processes of the daily challenges that find in the operation of the daily EHS, Facility and Maintenance function.
- Gain hands-on experience working on the manufacturing equipment and assist the departments in streamlining report generation for inventory planning.
- Work schedule and PM reports and cost-saving projects.
