Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·Assist the engineering team in daily maintenance and operational activities to ensure smooth plant operations.

·Support machine troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize machine downtime.

·Help maintain engineering records, reports, and documentation accurately for proper tracking and reference.

·Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives within the engineering department.

·Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and engineering standards at all times.

·Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support efficient plant operations and timely completion of tasks.

·Participate in engineering inspections, technical evaluations, and equipment monitoring activities.

·Assist in welding, mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic-related activities while gaining practical exposure to engineering operations.

Qualification and Experience:

·Following or completed a Diploma / NVQ / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Welding Technology, or a related engineering field.

·Basic knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or automation systems will be an added advantage.

·Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·Good communication and teamwork skills.

·Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

·School leavers with technical/vocational qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
