Horario: Lun - Vie: 8:30am - 4:00pm/sab. 4 horas a requerimiento.

Responsabilidades

• Dar Apoyo a los programas e iniciativas que estimulen un clima laboral positivo, para mejorar las relaciones y compromisos de los colaboradores en ScotiaGBS DR.
• Apoyar las actividades del área de Engagement.
• Realizar labores afines y complementarias adicionales, alineadas con los objetivos, valores, normas y ética de la organización, así como mantenerse actualizado profesionalmente y realizar/actualizar periódicamente su plan de carrera.
• Comprender cómo debe considerarse el apetito por el riesgo y la cultura de riesgo del Banco en las actividades y decisiones diarias.

Educación / Experiencia

• Estudiante de las áreas de Psicología industrial, Administración de empresas y/o carreras afines.
• Dominio paquete de Office intermedio (Excel, Power Point, Word).
