We are looking for an Intern eCommerce Onsite Merchandising to support eCommerce commercial and onsite merchandising activities. This is your chance to help shape and adapt the customer journey to local markets across Europe and CEEMEA.
Your main duties will include:
Monitor eCommerce performance and main KPIs, support performance analyses across categories, product assortment, pricing, and local market needs for Europe/CEEMEA.
Support global promotional activities (e.g. Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Sale, Outlet) by assisting with product assortment, timing, and campaign coordination.
Assist with onsite merchandising execution, including campaign support, boosting activities, and ensuring consistency across markets and channels.
Support onsite search optimization across key languages by reviewing keywords, search results relevance, and basic performance indicators.
Contribute to global eCommerce projects and innovation initiatives (e.g. Searchandising, AI‑driven features) through research, testing, and documentation.
Collaborate with local and central eCommerce.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics or a related field.
Experience or strong interest in eCommerce with the ability to learn complex topics quickly.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive “can‑do” attitude and a strong willingness to learn
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel).
Team-oriented, collaborative, and effective across all organizational levels and cultures.
