About the Team:

Our team supports manufacturing operations through digitalization, automation, and data-driven solutions. We work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Engineering, and support areas to improve visibility, standardize processes, and support decision-making through tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and SCADA systems. The team focuses on developing practical solutions for shopfloor management and continuous improvement initiatives. As part of the team, you will be involved in real manufacturing challenges and contribute to projects with direct impact on plant performance.

What you can look forward to as Smart Factory Intern:

• Support the development and maintenance of Power BI.
• Assist in the creation and improvement of Power Apps solutions connected to SharePoint lists for data collection processes.
• Support automation workflows using Power Automate to reduce manual work, improve reporting processes, and connect data between SharePoint, Power BI, email, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and other plant areas to understand operational needs and translate them into digital solutions.
• Help analyze manufacturing data from SCADA/DMP systems, SharePoint, Excel, and other sources to identify trends, losses, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in digitalization projects focused on standardizing processes, improving data quality, and increasing visibility for decision-making.
• Support documentation, user guides, testing, troubleshooting, and training materials for digital tools developed within the department.
• Contribute ideas and technical support for special projects related to manufacturing analytics, process improvement, and shopfloor digital transformation.

Your Profile as Smart Factory Intern:

• Active student in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
• Interest in manufacturing processes, industrial automation, data analysis and digital transformation.
• Basic programming or logic skills are desirable, such as experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, C/C++, Power Fx, DAX, Power Query, or similar tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand problems, organize information, and propose practical solutions.
• Willingness to learn about SCADA/DMP systems, OEE, production KPIs, data modeling, and process automation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, including Production, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, Engineering, and IT.
• Intermediate English skills are desirable, especially for reading technical documentation and participating in project communication.
