As an intern, you will support the team across key areas including data validation, DevOps access management, system automation, and platform support.Thisroleprovidesvaluable exposure to production data handling, compliance processes, low-code automation (Power Automate), and performance monitoring tools like New Relic. You willalsocollaborate closely with technical leads tomaintainthe integrity and efficiency of digital platforms and operations.
Responsibilities
Compile reports and dashboards to present data comparison results clearly and effectively
Assistwith onboarding and offboarding processes for Azure DevOps and New Relic
Ensureaccurateuser access provisioning andmaintainrelevant compliance records
Coordinatewith team leads to review andvalidateuser roles and permissions
Conduct regular audits of user access and perform clean-up of inactive or outdated accounts
Maintain access logs to support internal and external audits, aligning with compliance standards
Assistin designing, building, and testing automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
Troubleshoot existing automationflowsand implement enhancements to improve performance and efficiency
Maintain clear documentation ofworkflowsand contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives
Requirements
Currently pursuing aDegreeinInformation Technology, InformationSystemsor any other related disciplines
Proficientin Microsoft Excel for data organization and validation
Basic knowledge of DevOps platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps) and access control principles
Exposure to monitoring tools such as New Relic is an advantage
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate or other low-code automation platforms is a plus
Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective documentation and communication skills
