Purpose of Role

This internship offers comprehensive exposure to the foundations of digital media and general content marketing. The intern will learn the intricacies of campaign planning, optimization, and review while gaining a deep understanding of digital media solutions like Google, Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada Ads. By exploring changing trends in digital media and technologies, the role focuses on delivering cost-effective marketing with improved tracking and measurable results. Ultimately, the intern will gain hands-on experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and develop the ability to communicate effectively across a diverse organization spanning various cultures, geographies, and preferences.

We will prioritize candidates who can dedicate themselves to a full-time, 6-month internship.

Your Impact

Campaign Management

  • Oversee digital campaign and asset management.
  • Provide regional communication and campaign support for design and content.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and strategies.

Digital Content Creation and Management

  • Assist with creating engaging SEO content for websites.
  • Conduct SEO keyword research and planning.
  • Perform competitor analysis for keyword and content strategy.
  • Stay up to date on the latest SEO trends.
  • Generate smart content using generative AI tools.

Paid Media Support

  • Monitor paid ad performance across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Conduct checks on ad previews for Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Research keywords for paid media campaigns.
  • Gain hands-on experience with AI-powered optimization, smart bidding strategies, and auction-time bidding.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Shopee, and Lazada analytics to report insights.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • A strong interest in sports and fitness, with a desire to build a career in the industry.
  • A keen learner who is creative, detail-oriented, resourceful, and driven.
  • An understanding of the need for ownership and a strong sense of urgency.
  • The ability to work well within a team or independently as needed.
  • A willingness to listen, include others, and respect the beliefs of teammates.
  • Previous or current experience in the field of digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
