TECHTERNSHIP 2026 is a 6-week immersive internship program by MAS Group Technology, designed to give you hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

Based at MAS Capital – Malabe, this program provides aspiring tech professionals with the opportunity to work on real-world projects, engage with industry leaders, and explore cutting-edge technology domains within a globally recognized organization.

Program Overview

This structured 6-week experience offers exposure to key technology areas including:

• Data & Analytics
• Artificial Intelligence
• Cybersecurity
• IT Infrastructure
• Project Management
• Digital Transformation

Interns will rotate across learning experiences, collaborate with peers, and contribute to a real business project, culminating in a final presentation to leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in a comprehensive internship journey across the MAS Technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a real-world project addressing business or technology challenges.
• Apply technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
• Work closely with industry experts, mentors, and project leads to understand enterprise systems and processes.
• Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions, leadership interactions, and innovation-focused experiences.
• Contribute to team discussions, workshops, and solution design activities.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive learning mindset.
• Document project progress, insights, and key learnings throughout the program.
• Prepare and deliver a final project presentation showcasing outcomes, impact, and recommendations for real business case study.
