Intern ‐ Digital Excellence

(To be based at Malabe)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing training programs tailored for different user groups relating to digital transformation projects.
• Provide necessary support to conduct knowledge extraction sessions with
• SMEs and document key process insights in structured knowledge files.
• Organize and maintain a repository of Knowledge materials for easy access and updates
• Assist in designing user engaging e learning illustrations.
• Ability to analyze process flows and identify key learning points
  

Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, Canva for documentation and illustration preparation.
