During this internship, you willaccelerate the execution ofthe Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy andcontribute toprojects within an international corporate environment.Asavalued team member, you will beengaging incurrentprojects andparticipateintheteam’smeetings, work with various stakeholders, andhave the opportunity toindependentlydevelop your own initiatives. You will support colleagues by gathering input, developing presentations, andrealizingprojects.
And afterwards? You will have gained experience in a complex organisation, worked on societal impact, and developed insight into strategic HR and organisational issues.
You contribute to projects related toembedding equity andinclusion
You support data analysis and research, such as the Employee Experience scan, to increase diversity
Youassistin preparing documents, presentations, and reports
You collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside HR
You contribute to initiatives such as inclusive recruitment and onboarding
Duration: Internship: 5–6 months (start September)
Hours per week: 36hours (flexible)

You are in the final phase of your bachelor’s degree or pursuing a master’s degree
You feel comfortable in a hybrid work environment and proactively connect with others
You enjoy working with various stakeholders
You have an interest in data analysis and research
You have an affinity with technology, such as AI, and how it can be applied in work
You are interested in topics such as diversity, inclusion, and organisational development
