1. Transaction Support

• Assist in preparing financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
• Support the team in conducting market research, industry benchmarking, and comparable company analyses.
• Help compile pitchbooks, proposals, information memorandums, and investor presentations.

2. Financial & Commercial Analysis

• Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, operating data, and business performance.
• Assist in due diligence workstreams, including identifying key financial trends, risks, and deal considerations.
• Evaluate the commercial viability of potential investments and strategic opportunities.

3. Client Engagement Support

• Assist in preparing meeting materials, presentations, and documentation for client discussions.
• Participate in internal meetings and contribute to the preparation of client deliverables.
• Ensure that all work adheres to PwC’s quality standards and compliance requirements.

4. Internal Team Initiatives

• Support internal knowledge building, databases, and sector insights.
• Contribute to research that supports business development and thought leadership.
• Participate in team learning sessions and development activities.

Internship Period Availability

• Must be available for a minimum internship period of 8 weeks or longer.
• Longer availability (10–12 weeks) is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in corporate finance, M&A, deal advisory, and financial analysis.
• Good analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; financial modelling exposure is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
