Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse systems for store receiving & issuance.
• Analyze and translate business needs into long-term solution data models
• Develop and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies
• Work closely with data architects, reporting teams, and other business units to ensure data solutions are aligned with company needs
• Create data reports, visualizations, and dashboards
• Improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality through process enhancements and data governance practices
• Conduct training and provide technical support for users of the data warehouse system when necessary

Education & Experience

• Undergraduate with Data Science / Business Analyst background.

Skills

• Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions

• This role is 100% onsite
• Work Location at II-VI Singapore Pte Ltd-Block 5012, #04-07, TechPlace II, Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, Singapore 569876
• Working hours from 8.00am to 5.30pm
