Introduction:

The‘Intern– Customer Service’will be responsible forvariousreport generation,back-end processing,queue monitoring,ad-hoc requests etc. in addition to handling basic order management tasks

(KPIsAccuracy, Processing within the stipulated TAT)

Your Job:

• Running, extracting,triaging,and sharing reportsin regular intervals

• Preparing presentation decks

• Monitoring email alerts, case queuesand informing/following-upwith the required teammembers.

• Supporting ad-hoc requests

• Responding to customer emails

• Enteringvariousinformation inCRM/ERP, which may include purchase orders, pricing, quote, ship methods etc.

• Monitoring thecustomer's backlog inERP

• Managing contact set up andsubscription.

• New Order Entry - including PI, PO, OU, B2B setup.

• Working on Change Order - CRD date, ship to address, forwarder, part conversion

• Ensuring that GLOBALFOUNDRIES policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met andmaintained.

• Participating in internal system upgrades and enhancements for continuous improvement programs through automation andprocess streamliningto achieveexcellence.

• Providing supporting documents to auditors to ensurecompliance.

• Performing all activities in a safe and responsible manner and supporting all Environmental, Health, Safety & Securityrequirements,and programs

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree

• Language:Great command overEnglish(Oral and Written)

Must have Traits:

• Expert level knowledge of MS Office Suite

• Attention to detail and ability to meetdeadlines.
