Job Description

During the internship, the candidate will have the opportunity to focus their learning journey on projects related to innovation, omnichannel engagement, digital health solutions, and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools within the organization.

Under the supervision of their mentor, they will be involved in the following activities:

  • Supporting change management initiatives as part of the affiliate’s digital evolution and AI transformation journey;
  • Collaborating in the launch, development, and management of digital initiatives targeting different stakeholder groups, such as:
  • Apps and digital solutions designed for patients, caregivers, and the general public;
  • Scientific platforms and digital services for healthcare professionals;
  • Contributing to the design and delivery of multi-target omnichannel campaigns;
  • Supporting internal AI adoption and digital innovation programs through educational initiatives, awareness campaigns, training materials, and communication activities aimed at promoting the effective use of AI tools across the organization;
  • Sharing and promoting digital and innovative projects both internally and externally through the preparation of materials, presentations, and contributions to cross-functional meetings;
  • Supporting the identification of effective metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of the activities and projects they will be involved in.

Education, Experience and Soft Skills

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Digital Marketing, Digital Communication or related fields. Degrees in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF), or similar disciplines will also be considered, provided there is a strong interest in the digital ecosystem.
  • Postgraduate Master's degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent (considered a plus).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and good project management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, as well as generative AI tools and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge and practical understanding of social media channels, digital communication platforms, digital ecosystems, and digital marketing tools and methodologies.
  • Preferably experienced in developing content and copy for different channels and audiences (websites, emails, social media, mobile apps, etc.).
  • Interest in innovation, emerging technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
