Intern CRM Activation & Website Content (100%)

Reporting to the Team Lead Brand Communication, you'll be instrumental in shaping our global digital presence. YOUR MISSION AT IWC.

CRM Activation

Support on campaign management of worldwide 1-to-many CRM activations (newsletter, data capture, SMS, WhatsApp):

  • Coordinate with stakeholders for assets, text productions, and translations.
  • Follow-up on the proofing process and guarantee validations.
  • Organize HQ and market requests and keep wave planning up to date.
  • Support markets in defining strategic target audiences for marketing activations, as well as determining personalization and segmentation.
  • Provide analysis on campaign results through analytic tools and prepare reports.
  • Follow-up on database management requests.

Website Content Management

Support on website content management and operations, including:

  • Translation management: Coordinate the end-to-end localization workflow alongside proactive stakeholder engagement to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
  • Website database management: Provide essential support for website database tasks, such as the preparation of Product Detail Pages (PDPs) to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Website content operations and campaign support: Actively contribute to the ongoing optimisation and improvement of website content.
  • Performance analysis: Conduct analysis of website performance to identify opportunities for optimisation, contributing to enhanced user experience and business objectives.
  • Market support: Assist local market teams on troubleshooting inquiries regarding the use of website tools and platforms.

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • Familiarity or prior experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and CRM tools (notably Salesforce) is a plus but not a prerequisite.
  • Strong interest in digital content management, e-commerce, web operations, and localization processes.
  • Creative self-starter with an eye for detail and aesthetics, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics 4 and SEO principles is desirable, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
