We are seeking a versatile Creative Design Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience executing creative assets across multiple preschool brands and contributing to various marketing projects. Working closely under the guidance of our marketing and content teams, you will assist in the execution of high-volume visual content, helping to bring established concepts to life across print, digital, and video platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Brand Execution: Produce and adapt creative assets across multiple preschool brands while adhering to brand guidelines.
Creative Asset Production: Create, adapt and resize marketing assets for digital and print platforms, including social media ads, EDMs, banners, posters, Open House collaterals and other campaign materials.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Assist in editing short-form videos and producing simple motion graphics/animations for marketing campaigns and digital ads.
Creative Ideation: Participate in team brainstorming sessions and assist in developing creative concepts under the direction of senior team members.
Project & Asset Management: Maintain project trackers, organise creative files and asset libraries, prepare production-ready artwork, and ensure proper file naming, version control and documentation.
Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Core Design & Video Tools (Must-Have): High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva. Working knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects) is required for social media content.
Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout techniques, and setting up basic print mechanicals.
Agility & Speed: Ability to work quickly and pivot between formatting a print layout and outputting fast-turnaround digital templates.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills, an organized mindset, and a positive attitude toward receiving constructive feedback to improve your designs.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic design and short-form video/motion snippets is required.
Experience or interest in using Generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Gemini) for workflow efficiency (on-the-job guidance will be provided if required).
