This internship provides exposure to real‑world tax issues faced by fast‑moving, innovation‑driven businesses, allowing you to learn from experienced professionals while developing a strong foundation in corporate taxation.

About the TICEE Tax Team

PwC’s TICEE Corporate Tax team advises local and multinational clients across:

  • Technology & digital platforms

  • Telecommunications & communications services

  • Software & IT services

  • Media, content, gaming & entertainment

Responsibilities

As an intern, you will support the team in:

  • Assisting with corporate tax compliance work, including preparation of tax computations and schedules

  • Supporting the preparation of tax returns, filings, and submissions

  • Conducting tax research on Malaysian tax legislation, guidelines, and case law relevant to TICE clients

  • Assisting in analysing financial data for tax purposes

  • Supporting tax advisory projects, including incentives, restructuring, and transfer pricing‑related work (where applicable)

  • Preparing working papers and assisting with documentation and administrative matters

  • Liaising with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of work
