Our team

Our Greater China capital markets team is equipped to provide full legal services in both debt and equity capital markets with a strong track record of advising issuers and underwriters on public offerings and private placements of debt and equity across a wide range of industry sectors.

Our ECM practice have advised many high profile and "first of its kind" IPOs including unprecedented spin-off listings, A to H listing, and simultaneous A and H dual listings. Our extensive experience dealing with complex legal structures and technical issues helps our clients to get the deal through. We also have a US securities capability which provides support on US securities laws and liability issues. The combination of our technical excellence, reliability and customer centric approach allows us to provide an all rounded high quality service experience to our clients.

We are one of the leaders in the healthcare and biotech field particularly for advising sponsors. Since the introduction of the Listing Rules' Chapter 18A biotech/pharma changes we have advised a number of 18A healthcare listings including listings by Antengene (06996.HK), Shanghai Junshi Biosciences (01877.HK), TOT BIOPHARM (01875.HK), SinoMab Bioscience Limited (03681.HK), Peijia Medical (09996.HK), Carsgen Therapeutics (02171.HK), Brii Biosciences (02137.HK), HeartCare (06609.HK), Acotec (06669.HK), Abbisko (02256.HK) and Bioheart (02185.HK).
