Key Responsibilities
TikTok Content Production: Own the end-to-end production of TikTok content, including ideation, scripting, filming, and high-quality editing for @lifeatmove.
Internal Communications: Produce video and digital assets to support company-wide announcements, culture-building initiatives, and team updates.
On-Camera Representation: Appear on camera for corporate TikToks, explainers, and internal training videos when required.
Content Planning & Performance Tracking: Support the planning and maintenance of the content calendar. Track and report performance metrics (engagement rate, watch time, and reach) to continuously improve content quality.Ad-Hoc Support: Provide timely creative and administrative support for marketing and internal projects as needed.
Asset Creation: Design professional visual assets and edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Requirements
Video Production Skills: Strong ability to shoot and edit high-quality video content independently.
Professional On-Camera Presence: An outgoing personality with the confidence to conduct interviews and appear on camera in a professional capacity.
Strong Work Ethic & Ownership: Proven ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
Analytical Skills: A solid understanding of social media metrics and how to apply them to improve content strategy.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both caption writing and internal documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating TikTok or short-form video content for brands, communities or organisations.
Basic knowledge of graphic design or motion graphics is a plus.
A portfolio demonstrating a clear understanding of the TikTok algorithm and corporate storytelling.
Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
