Responsibilities
Support the team in preparing periodic reports, summaries, and internal updates for senior management
Assist with organising, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, templates, and contract records
Develop and set up a SharePoint site as the central document depository for the Legal and Compliance team, including:
Designing the site architecture and folder structure
Creating metadata and naming conventions
Setting user permissions and access rights
Migrating existing documents from shared drives/OneDrive
Participate in meetings, training sessions, and cross‑functional legal–compliance projects
Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Law, or any other related disciplines
Good command of written English
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented and meticulous
