Intern - Compliance

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the team as an Intern - Compliance.. This role will enable you to support the Compliance & Risk Management team in maintaining health, safety, and compliance standards by assisting with documentation, awareness activities, audits, and compliance-related projects while gaining practical exposure to compliance operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining compliance documents and records.
• Support internal audits and workplace inspections.
• Help prepare compliance reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with departments to collect compliance-related information.
• Assist in tracking corrective actions and compliance deadlines.
• Participate in compliance awareness and training programs.

Qualifications:

• Following a Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Law, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a corporate environment.
• Basic understanding of compliance, ethics, or regulatory requirements is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
