Key Responsibilities
Support the Compliance team in the preparation and review of quarterly F2F training reports, including list management and control documentation.
Assist in monitoring and tracking employee completion rates of mandatory online compliance trainings across Mexico.
Develop and update content for the internal platform (MySchaeffler), ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Support the communication plan by helping create and manage content for awareness campaigns related to compliance topics.
Assist in activities related to Personal Data Protection compliance controls.
Provide support in drafting and reviewing English-Spanish translations of compliance-related materials.
Collaborate on specific projects and initiatives within the Compliance department as needed.
Currently pursuing a degree in Law (preferred), Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced or fluent English proficiency (written and verbal) is required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
