Intern, Compliance (f/m/x).

What can you expect?

• Support the development of the compliance management system, focusing on areas such as anti‑corruption, export control, data privacy, and internal regulations for BMW Group in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• Assist the Compliance Officer with compliance communication, including preparing materials for newsletters and other internal communications, as well as assisting with compliance onboardings for employees in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• Provide support to departments in using compliance IT systems and ensuring adherence to the respective guidelines.
• Monitor current legal developments and support daily business operations through administrative tasks.
• Gain hands-on experience into business operations by preparing various reports and analyses for the Central and Southeastern Europe region.

What can we expect?

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from university (ideally Business, Law, Economics or comparable).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a precise way of working and hands-on mentality.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic team in an international environment.

We are looking for you to start asap for a period of 12 months with a gross salary of 38.000 CZK / monthly, full time internship contract
