Join our Global Compensation & Benefits team and support the development of international people processes and reward programs. In this role, you will contribute to data-driven HR initiatives, work with global stakeholders, and gain valuable insights into Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, and international project management.
YOUR TASKS
• Support the Global Compensation & Benefits team in planning and implementing People & Culture projects
• Contribute to job grading, market benchmarking, reporting, and HR data analysis activities
• Assist in the continuous improvement of Compensation & Benefits processes and global standards
• Support international initiatives, including Job Architecture and SAP SuccessFactors projects
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and documentation for various stakeholders
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and support the team in day-to-day operations
YOUR PROFILE
• You are a registered student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field
• You have solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• You possess strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work
• You are able to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• You have good communication skills in English
• Initial experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Analytics is an advantage
• You enjoy working collaboratively in an international team environment
