The Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) Internship is seeking future business leaders looking to impact patients’ lives. CLDP interns will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to their teams through challenging assignments and collaborate with Commercial leaders and other key stakeholders across the organization. The program is designed to ensure interns gain valuable industry and functional expertise.
Candidates advancing to second round will be invited to interview onsite in Princeton, NJ on January 22, 2027. This internship is from June 7-August 13, 2027.
Upon completing the summer internship, high performing interns will be eligible to receive a full-time offer to join the CLDP. The CLDP is a 3-year rotational program aimed at developing future leaders at BMS. Associates can tailor their rotational experiences across various commercial functions, including Marketing, Market Access, Global Commercialization, International Marketing, Commercialization AI Strategy & Analytics (CASA), and Sales, to align with career goals and business priorities.
The compensation for this position is up to $55.00 per hour. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and the geographic location where work is performed. Final individual compensation is decided commensurate with demonstrated experience and education level.
