Intern - Commercial & Logistics

(To be Based at Ratmalana)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Managed end to end export shipments from plant to yard/port

• Coordination and follow-up with merchants, forwarders, and relevant government authorities to ensure timely shipments

• Prepared and submitted final export documents for payment and clearance

• Handled and reconcile transport payments (Oki-Doki and Other transporters)

• Organized and coordinated inland transportation between plants

• Sea freight clearance of import shipments (Bond/non-bond)

• Managed local operations, including re-export shipments and Letter of Credit (LC) shipments.

• Handling and coordinating import air and sea freight shipments to ensure prompt and secure delivery of goods

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Degree in Business Administration

• General Knowledge in Logistics

• Knowledge on MS office

• Good Interpersonal skills

• Communication Skills
