Your tasks?

• As an Intern in Change Management (d/m/w/x), you support the development of concepts and measures for accompanying change and transformation projects.

• You actively contribute to communication and participation formats for managers and employees.

• You bring your own ideas and input to workshops, concepts, and team formats.

• You also support the preparation, execution, and follow‑up of workshops and change initiatives.

• As a full team member, you work closely with the team and gain exciting insights into modern organizational and change processes.

• You are studying business administration, psychology, or a comparable field of study.

• Ideally, you have an interest in topics such as change management, organizational development, or corporate culture.

• Communication comes naturally to you, and you enjoy working with different people and teams.

• You have a structured, independent, and organized way of working and are motivated to work regularly on-site in Stuttgart or Ulm.

• Excellent German and English skills as well as confident use of MS Office round off your profile.

• You also enjoy contributing your own ideas and continuously developing yourself.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly.
