eBay France offers a 6-month internship in Paris starting July 2026. You will collaborate with Category Managers and the C2C team to assist commercial and customer-related projects in key categories. This role gives insight into category management, seller relations, marketplace developments, and customer experience. You will also contribute to initiatives benefiting professional sellers and consumers in France.
Support Category Managers in delivering strategic category initiatives and accomplishing B2C and C2C go-to-market activities, including launches of new features, tools, pricing strategies, and commercial programs.
Contribute to commercial discussions and partnership opportunities with existing and prospective professional sellers.
Develop and implement merchandising initiatives that improve the customer experience and drive engagement across the platform.
Represent the customer perspective by using the platform, identifying friction points, and recommending improvements to the user experience.
Research, monitor, and coordinate competitive intelligence across key categories, the second-hand market, shipping and payment trends, and relevant developments in the French market.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support category performance and business objectives.
Gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, category management, and commercial strategy.
What you will bring:
Currently enrolled in a Business School program, preferably at M2 level or completing a gap year (césure).
Strong collaboration and partner management skills, with a commercial outlook.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Proficient French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Strong sense of ownership and autonomy, with an interest in e-commerce and online marketplaces; experience as an eBay user is a plus.
