Who will you be joining?

You will be part of the Business Transformation team at Allianz SE. Become part of the Crew Lead team, responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management of Product Owners, Business Analysts, PMOs & Designers​ to support effective Busienss Process Management rollouts at scale.

How can you make an impact?

• Assist with coordination and tracking of resource, capacity, and role allocations
• Support Crew Leads in organizing and documenting people development, learning, and onboarding activities, creation of dashboard overviews
• Help establishing lively communities of practice
• Prepare materials, summaries, and follow-ups for workshops, ceremonies, and community sessions
• Collect & structure learnings and improvement ideas from Tribe & Delivery leads
• Get actively involved in adjacent activities that support rollout activities

What are you made of?

• Enrolled university student with excellent academic track record
• First experience in working in an agile environment preferred
• Structured thinking skills with high attention to detail, savvy with Excel
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in agile environments
• Strong organizational skills and interest in people development and transformation topics
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT
