As the PDS Business Supporting Intern, you will support the team in optimizing our sales processes, maintaining collateral libraries, analyzing pipeline data, and assisting in the creation of high-impact presentation materials. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the commercial real estate lifecycle, sales operations, and strategic marketing within a global leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content & Collateral Management: Organize and maintain the central sales library, ensuring all case studies, credentials, and marketing materials are up-to-date, brand-compliant, and easily accessible via SharePoint/CRM.

  • Proposal & Presentation Support: Assist in designing and formatting high-impact PowerPoint decks for client pitches and RFPs, including conducting market research and proofreading documents for accuracy.

  • CRM Data & Reporting: Support data integrity within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce/Dynamics) by tracking pipeline metrics, updating activity logs, and generating weekly/monthly sales reports for leadership.

  • Training Coordination: Help coordinate logistics for sales training sessions and workshops, while assisting in the creation and updating of internal sales playbooks and onboarding materials.

  • Key Requirements: Currently enrolled student with strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, excellent attention to detail, and a keen interest in real estate or professional services sales dynamics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to summarize complex information clearly.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint (advanced formatting skills preferred) and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in proofreading, data entry, and document formatting.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Curiosity: A keen interest in real estate, construction, or professional services sales dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) are advantageous but not required.

  • Previous internship experience in marketing, sales operations, or administrative support.
