We are seeking a strategic and analytical Business Management Transformation intern to join our Technology Unit. This role will drive the shift from traditional project-based delivery to product-centric, outcome-driven ways of working, aligning business priorities, technology capabilities, and delivery execution to achieve faster time-to-market, improved customer outcomes, and sustained operational excellence. Joining the team that acts as a key partner to senior leadership, the intern will learn to lead strategic transformation initiatives, operating model redesign, and organisational change to strengthen SGX’s competitive position and long-term resilience.
