Job Summary: We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented summer intern to support the Business Process Improvement team within Bank Operations. The intern will work alongside analysts and business partners to document workflows, analyze operational information, and support process improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation. Projects may evolve over the course of the internship, providing hands-on experience in data analysis, problem solving, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. The role promotes teamwork within the department and across the bank, represents INTRUST Bank in the community, supports the development of new business relationships, maintains strict confidentiality, and performs duties in a manner consistent with INTRUST's Character Qualities.

Education and Experience: A focus in business administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), project management, data analytics, finance, or a related field is preferred. Previous banking experience is not required. Relevant coursework, student organizations, internships, or project experience are helpful.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
