What Will I be Doing?

• Source new training and food vendors for training and team building and assist in vendor registration process
• Coordinate and monitor training completion i.e. Compliance, CIS and Functional Academy training for new and existing employees
• Assist with training coordination i.e. venue booking, training invitation, materials, attendance and food preparation prior to training date
• Assist with coordination of site visits i.e. Courier Ride, Service Center & Gateway
• Coordinate with new facilitators for TTF session i.e. sit in, teach back and session schedule
• Assist with document preparation, submission and follow up of HRDC grant and claim in system i.e. training, internship, on the job training, purchasing of items (ALAT)
• Assist in the follow up of safety cases and iCARE communication
• Create communication posters for internal learning
• Manage internal L&D page in Smart Connect, updating related information and articles
• Assist with CIS merchandise sourcing and Living CIS program
• Assist with the roll out of BREADS program
• Assist with CIS materials inventory and replenishment of materials
• Assist with continuous improvement project / digitalization for L&D i.e. new joiners list and training completion repor

Qualifications

• An intern who is currently pursuing final year studies bachelor degree.
• Possess the skills of communication, detail oriented and critical thinking
