What you’ll do:
- Support client projects
- Collect and analyze data- Formulate and test hypotheses
- Develop insights and recommendations
- Work on public‑sector and business‑consulting assignments

We’re looking for:
- Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related fields
- Understanding of banking is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication (Russian & English)
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Fast learner, proactive and result‑driven
- English level: Upper‑Intermediate+
