Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00

YOUR ROLE

The Jr Business Analyst is the center of excellence, working closely with front and middle office stockholders to identify trends that can help make business decisions to modernize and improve processes in the organization by using your experience with data analytics, data visualization, and data modeling techniques and technologies.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Participate in business analysis activities
Use data visualization tools and techniques
Create regular reporting and KPI dashboards using Tableau
Work closely with the product management team
Perform large data set analysis to generate actionable insights
Identify opportunities based on ad hoc analysis /trends with the overall goal of improving KPIs
Mentor, review, and improve the quality of other team members
Provide training and assistance to users for the generation of ad hoc reports
Due to the nature of the department and related to project needs, travel within the US and Canada.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience:

BA/BS or equivalent industry experience of 3+ years industry experience.
Proficiency with data visualization tools, Tableau preferred
Experience implementing data visualization (Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau)
Proven skills –experience with querying large and complex data sets
Supply chain knowledge and background in data warehousing design and data mining, preferred
