Project Title

Ball Attach MTBA Improvement (AuriginZenVoce)

Support systematic MTBA improvement for Ball Attach equipment platforms (e.g.Aurigin, ZenVoce) by identifying top assist contributors, driving data‑driven root cause consolidation, and tracking sustained improvement actions. The project directly supports MMY’s SBP OEE and MTBA improvement strategy to strengthen manufacturing efficiency and stability.

Scope

• Identify and analyze top MTBA detractors: Alarms, Assists, Minor stops
• Track MTBA trends by: Machine, Platform, Time (pre‑ and post‑improvement)
• Consolidate recurring alarms and assists into a simple Pareto
• Support data‑driven root cause analysis and action definition
• Track action items: Owner, Status, Closure and effectiveness
• Assist in before / after result validation using existing dashboards
• Prepare slide‑ready weekly updates for: Equipment Engineering (EE) and Management review

Deliverables

•Identified top MTBA detractors by machine and platform•MTBA trend and Pareto analysis (pre vs post improvement)•Documented root cause and corrective actions•Action tracking with clear ownership and closure status•Validated MTBA improvement results and sustaining evidence•Weekly management‑ready MTBA update slides

Stretch Goal

•Replicate improvement methodology across all Ball Attach platforms•Improve MTBA sustainability through preventive and design‑based actions•Establish a standard MTBA tracking and reporting framework for Ball Attach toolsRequirement: Bachelor in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering Durations :Internship duration of 3–6 months is acceptable, with a preference for a 6‑month internship.
