Job Description

  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Accounting & Auditing Standards: Strong accounting concepts and understanding of accounting standards, audit procedures, and financial statement analysis
    • Internal control – Good understanding of internal control framework, SOX compliaces
    • System Proficiency: Practical experience with accounting software like SAP
    • Advanced Excel: Ability to use Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and keyboard shortcuts, which are crucial for working with large datasets
  • Soft Skills:
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication (especially email etiquette) for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
    • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret financial data, spot discrepancies, and think critically.
    • Time Management: Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple assignments
    • Adaptability & Professionalism: A proactive attitude, professional demeanour, and ethical mindset (integrity) are essential

Person Specification Basic Qualifications:

  • CA Student Eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI.
  • Hands on experience on SAP
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX Compliance
  • Previous commercial site FP&A experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Excellent influencing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of all key financial processes.
  • Systems skills with SAP, Hyperion
  • Microsoft office products and database applications.
  • Strong process improvement and implementation track record.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Independent and assertive.
  • Self-motivated, with an ability to contribute individually (work with minimal supervision) together with being a strong team player.

Stipend: 28 K Monthly

Duration: 9 months to 12 months (under guidelines of ICAI)
