Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain Vietnamese customer master data
  • Get customer feedback on DHL service, then summarize all details into the internal system
  • Prepare reports, analyze the results, then advise departments monthly
  • Ensure customer information is aligned between MDM, CW1, and their request
  • Take note quickly and correctly of customers' recommendations on calls

Requirements:

  • COMPULSORY: Student (NOT fresh graduate and still a student for at least 6 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months; 1-2 off-sessions per week for study is acceptable.
  • Good English skills (both speaking & writing)
  • Good at MS Office
  • Background in Economics, Logistics, and Analytics is preferable
  • Good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn
  • Ability to quickly negotiate with customers in a short call
