Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Support laboratory management and raw material inventory control
• Participate in laboratory applications for dairy, bakery, and confectionery
• Assist in pilot plant trials
• Support product evaluations and development activities
• Follow up on shelf-life studies
• Register and track data in internal systems and files
• Support general laboratory operational activities

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Active student in Food Chemistry, Food Engineering, Biochemistry or related field
• Knowledge in food areas: dairy, bakery or confectionery
• Academic experience in laboratory work and reporting
• Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and food processes
• Excel skills (formulas, filters, charts, pivot tables)
• Basic to intermediate English (reading and data entry)
• Availability for 6 hours per day (7:00 am–1:00 pm or 10:00 am–4:00 pm)
