Job Description

The AI office drives strategy, execution, adoption, and value realization across Sony Pictures Entertainment's enterprise AI portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tracking AI opportunities and initiatives through intake, review, prioritization, approval, and implementation processes.
  • Maintain governance documentation, trackers, templates, process materials, and other team resources.
  • Assist with documenting business needs, potential benefits, implementation considerations, and lessons learned from AI initiatives.
  • Assist with AI communications, awareness initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for AI Strategy & Operations team priorities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, AI, or relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and related productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity and interest with generative AI tools and concepts.
  • Experience conducting research, analyzing information, and developing presentations or reports.
  • Interest in media, entertainment, technology, or the application of AI within creative and business environments.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $22/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
