Job Description

Job Location Dual Location - San Jose, CA 95128 Salary Range $0.01 - $0.01 Hourly

Your internship may include:

  • Supporting with case management
  • Community outreach including presentations, tabling, and social media content
  • Explore ideas of how to support the needs of the underserved populations in Santa Clara County
  • Educate the community about health and wellness

  • Ability to communicate well with people of diverse cultural professional and experiential backgrounds
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
