Key purpose of the Job

Join the Centre for Apparel Technology & Business Excellence (CATBE) at the Brandix Corporate Campus (BCC) and gain hands-on experience in learning and development, project coordination, stakeholder management, and employee development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of learning and development programmes
• Coordinate with facilitators, participants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery
• Assist with programme administration, scheduling, communications, logistics, and documentation
• Support learning analytics, reporting, assessment centres, development initiatives, and special projects

Education

Undergraduate or recent graduate from any discipline

Experience

Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take ownership of assigned tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic, people-focused environment
