Designation- Intern

Location- Bengaluru, India

As a Responsible AI Engineering Intern, you will work with cross-functional engineering and data science teams to design, develop, and evaluate AI/ML solutions that adhere to Responsible AI principles including fairness, transparency, accountability, and security. You will contribute to building AI-powered applications, especially in enterprise use cases for manufacturing industries.

You will report to the Lead Technical Manager and work in a hybrid model based.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of AI/ML based applications with a focus on Responsible AI best practices.

  • Work along on building and validating AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.

  • Apply Responsible AI frameworks to ensure models comply with ethical, regulatory, and enterprise governance standards.

  • Analyze model outputs and contribute to improving performance, robustness, and fairness.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence or Responsible AI or a related field

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and feature engineering

  • Programming proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Exposure to building end-to-end ML pipelines or working on AI-based projects (academic or personal).

  • Knowledge of modern AI topics such as Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, or AI agents.

  • Cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and MLOps practices.
