  • Track contract expiration dates, renewal schedules, and procurement action items.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and procurement metrics for leadership reviews.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding, vendor setup, and compliance documentation processes.
  • Learn and apply company procurement policies, governance requirements, and sourcing best practices.
  • Participate in supplier meetings and internal discussions to gain exposure to contract negotiation and strategic sourcing activities.
  • Support special projects focused on process improvement, procurement analytics, and cost optimization initiatives.

You’ll stand out if you:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Works well in both a team environment and independently.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Expected graduation date of at least 18-24 months from the internship start date.
  • Strong interest in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Technology, and SaaS solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and interpret data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, reports, and procurement systems.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Previous internship, academic project, student organization leadership, or extracurricular experience related to business, procurement, finance, technology, or analytics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with software licensing, SaaS technologies, contract management, or procurement processes is a plus, but not required.

Benefits:
