About the opportunity

We are looking for someone to join our Human Resources team as an intern, supporting the department’s administrative and operational activities while gaining practical experience in different areas of HR.

Main responsibilities

• Support employee assistance, both in person and via Webex, email, or telephone;
• Assist with the organization and updating of HR records, spreadsheets, systems, and indicators;
• Support Recruitment and Selection processes, including résumé screening, interview scheduling, candidate contact, job posting, and updating the recruitment pipeline;
• Assist with the onboarding process, including document verification, onboarding checklists, new employee integration, and the organization of physical and digital files;
• Support Training and Development activities, including attendance lists, certificates, training rooms, logistics, and mandatory training records;
• Assist with Personnel Administration routines by organizing information related to timekeeping, benefits, employee movements, documents, and deadlines;
• Support internal campaigns, communications, events, and initiatives focused on organizational climate and employee engagement;
• Contribute to process improvements, template standardization, and the organization of HR documents.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility regarding deadlines;
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team;
• Willingness to learn and work with different people and processes;
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and digital tools will be considered an advantage.
