Job Description

The Judge Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment while contributing to meaningful projects that support the organization’s goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding processes for new consultants, ensuring a smooth and positive start experience
  • Coordinate and track onboarding tasks, including background checks, compliance documentation, and system access requests
  • Prepare and maintain onboarding materials, guides, and checklists
  • Support communication with new hires, providing timely updates and answering onboarding-related questions
  • Partner with internal teams (HR, IT, Payroll, Hiring Managers) to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed on time
  • Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items to ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling documentation and data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset when supporting new consultants
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Comfortable learning new systems and tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS platforms)
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to completing tasks
