Curious About How a Global Training Organization Brings Learning to Life?

We are looking for a structured and curious Intern to support and contribute to our work within e-learning and video production. You will be part of the Global Training and Development team in a role that lets you take part in hands-on content creation combined with creative development.

The role offers practical experience with industry-leading authoring and video tools in a global organization. In addition to producing learning content, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improvements, new formats, and better ways of strengthening the learning experience across Bavarian Nordic.

Examples of areas of responsibility:

We imagine that you:

  • Are quick to learn new IT platforms and enjoy working with digital tools

  • Are structured, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Work independently and take ownership of your tasks
  • Have strong communication skills in Danish and English
  • Experience with Articulate, Vyond, or Synthesia is not a requirement - what matters most is your ability to learn the usage of new IT platforms quickly. We will provide training.

Our team designs and delivers learning solutions that make complex topics simple and engaging for colleagues across the organization. We work closely with stakeholders throughout Bavarian Nordic to strengthen capabilities and support the employee experience globally.
