We are seeking a motivated Intern to support the Snacks Category team in Haverhill. This role provides hands-on exposure to flavor development through compounding, lab operations, and project support, contributing directly to the delivery of customer briefs.
This internship is required to provide additional support to the Snacks flavorist team in Haverhill, enabling timely delivery of customer briefs for the UK market.
Currently, one laboratory assistant supports four flavorists, while snack customers frequently request multiple flavor profiles per brief, resulting in high compounding demand. Without additional support, the team risks reduced capacity to respond to new business opportunities.
The intern will help increase operational efficiency, support workload management, and ensure continuity in servicing customer needs.
